ServicePro planBeta
Run the service. Hand over the proof.
Service turns the sheet on the clipboard into a guided list on the phone in your pocket, and turns the finished list into a document with your workshop's name at the top. Tick it, measure it, or leave a note; finish, and the report is ready to hand over.
An illustration of a service job: a minor service on a truck, eighteen of twenty-four items recorded, with a brakes section showing a ticked item, a measured pad thickness carrying an advisory, a note, and an item marked not applicable, above a footer offering the report as preview, print or PDF.
What Service does.
One job, from the first tick to the document the customer keeps.
- Pick the type, work the list
- A minor service, a major one, an annual inspection, a factory service, or a blank sheet of your own. Every line is a tick, a measurement or a note; progress counts itself up, and anything still blank gets a nudge before you finish.
- Measurements that flag themselves
- A measurement carrying a limit raises its own advisory when it reaches it: pads down to the wear line, frost protection that is not cold enough. Nobody has to remember the number, and the advisory follows through to the report.
- Your machines, or your customer's
- Start on a machine you already keep in Fleet, or create the customer's truck right there on the job, with the customer's name, so it is not retyped next time. A customer's vehicle does not count against the 25 machines in Pro.
- Finish it and the record writes itself
- Finishing asks for the current kilometres or engine hours, and optionally what the job cost. The reading goes on the report and moves that machine's schedule on, so the reminders stop instead of nagging about work you have done. The cost stays on your internal record and never reaches the customer's copy.
- One timeline, not two sets of books
- A finished service lands on the machine's history in Fleet, the same timeline a diagnosis lands on, and that row opens the report. Anything you marked as needing attention can be added to the machine as an open issue: your call at the end of the job, never automatic.
- Find any job again
- The service list searches the service type, your own job number, the vehicle by name, make, model or number plate, and the customer's name, with counted chips for draft, in progress and done.
Service is part of Pro. It is a guided checklist and a report: it does not order parts, and it does not talk to your diagnostic tool.
The report
A document you would put your name on.
It is the thing the customer keeps, so it is worth being exact about what is on it, and about what Lyxter does not do with it.
What is on it
- Your own letterhead: logo, address, VAT or CVR number and phone, from your company settings. No logo yet gives a plain text letterhead, which is a finished design and not a missing step.
- The vehicle, and the reading the work was done at.
- Anything measured at or past its limit, called out as an advisory.
- Only what was actually recorded. An item nobody touched is left off, and so is a whole section with nothing in it. A section you marked not applicable still says so.
- English or Danish, decided by the service type you picked when the job started, so a later change never rewrites a document already handed over.
What it does not do
- Lyxter does not email the report to your customer, and there is no public link to it. You hand it over yourself, from preview, print or PDF.
- A report records what was checked and the condition observed at the time. It is not a statutory periodic inspection and does not replace one.
- Service is in Beta. It does everything on this page today; the badge is there because it is the newest part of Lyxter and still moving.
Starter checklists
You do not start from a blank page.
Five checklists come with the module, in English and in Danish, built from a working heavy-vehicle service sheet rather than from a software template.
Minor service
16 checks
Major service
63 checks
Annual inspection
63 checks
Factory service
45 checks

Yours to fill in
A full sheet runs through engine, transmission, brakes, steering and suspension, wheels and tires, general electrics, engine management, lubrication and a test drive, with a hydraulics section that only appears on a machine. Everything is yours to work through in whatever order the job takes.
One loop
Three products, one record per machine.

Finish a service on one of your own machines and it lands on that machine's timeline in Fleet. Open a chat on the same machine and the AI answers with that timeline behind it.
Service and Fleet both come with Pro, per seat and per month, with no long contract.
