Lyxter runs on European cloud infrastructure, so your data is hosted and processed in the EU. We're built around GDPR from the start, with a data processing agreement available to every customer.
Customer data isolation
Your workshop's repair history, notes, and playbooks are never used to train a shared model. Each customer's data is logically isolated and accessible only to your organization. The knowledge base all workshops benefit from holds only general lessons written by the AI and reviewed by our staff, plus anonymous counts of which fixes worked - nothing that identifies you, your vehicles, or your customers.
Sourced answers
Lyxter's recommendations cite the material they're based on, so you can see which fault codes, OEM bulletins, and procedures an answer came from instead of trusting a black box.
Access controls
Access is scoped to your organization, with role-based permissions: owners manage the team, billing, and shared manuals; mechanics work the cases. Anything uploaded into the shared knowledge pool is reviewed by Lyxter staff before the AI may use it.
